This lamp has a very sturdy, heavy base and is absolutely gorgeous....i bought 1 and then loved it so much i ordered a 2nd one to go on 2 night stands on both sides of a black wrought iron canopy bed.....the lines of the black wrought iron on this lamp totally mirrors the lines of the bed.....i could not be happier with the choice I made, price and very quick delivery.
the 2 60 watt bulbs in the lamp give off a beautiful soft glow...
