The service was quick--the packaging was very secure. The description of the product was accurate and the weight was a nice surprise as I was a little concerned about the balance. The one tool I may have needed for assembly but not had already had was included as part of the package. Overall, the entire product was well thought through. I like the organic design--it worked into my room in a way that straight lines simply could not.

Excellent quality--heavy, solid, with generous sized shade. Casts a beautiful golden light, and provides good intensity of light. Dimmer switch is also handy. It looks like a piece of art and adds an ecclectic touch to my office. I recommend this piece highly.

Great lamp. Curves are very sexy, picture does not do it justice. Although if i'm really tired and I stare at it too long I can vet vertigo because it is rather wavy!

Had a little trouble putting it together and whacked myself in the shin when i stood the base up to put the two pieces together, but that might be me.

Dimmer function oon foot switch is not working for me but I am using a unique type of energy saving bulb and don't need that function. pedal works great for on and off. Love the toe touch tecnique!

I am very pleased with the appearance of this torchiere lamp, which has an Art Deco flair that's perfect for its purpose in my entrance-way. As long as you look and don't touch, it's a quite splendid effect. But the materials and means of assembly have an inexpensive quality that means it's not a truly sturdy or well-made piece. Factor in the price and it's a fair purchase....but definitely not a first-class product.
