art as lamp
I have been to Murano, Italy, where the artisans are world renowned for the beautiful hand-blown glass works that they create. I was immediately captivated by their style...the same look and detail I found in this lamp base from the "Art Glass Collection" by Lite-Source, Inc. I now have functional works of art on either side of my bed. Within the body of the lamp, the green tinted glow of the night-light is soft and soothing. When both of the lamp's lights are turned on simultaneously, it looks like an ethereal sculpture. PS - The Jaide Table Lamp is even more impressive in person...and more of a bright green. I absolutely love these lamps, I could not be happier.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
